Surface Grinder Machine

Surface grinder machine is used to produce a smooth finish on flat surfaces. It is a widely used abrasive machining process in which a spinning wheel covered in rough particles (grinding wheel) cuts chips of metallic or nonmetallic substances from a workpiece, making a face of it flat or smooth.

Milling Machine

Milling machines are used in the process of machining using rotary cutters to remove material by advancing a cutter into a work piece. This may be done varying direction on one or several axes, cutter head speed, and pressure.

Hydraulic Cylindrical Grinding Machine

This cylindrical grinder is a type of grinding machine used to shape the outside and inside of an object. The cylindrical grinder can work on a variety of shapes. However, the object must have a central axis of rotation. This includes, but is not limited to, such shapes as a cylinder, an ellipse, a cam, or a crankshaft.

Honing Machine

The honing machine is mainly used for manufacturing new and for repairing used Tungsten Carbide dies in the size range of 1 mm to 15 mm. The machine works on a special principle which makes it possible to grind/polish the die angle and bearing length in one single setting. Due to this special feature, all the dies produced are perfectly concentric.

Lathe Machine

A lathe machine is a tool that rotates a workpiece about an axis of rotation to perform various operations such as cutting, sanding, knurling, drilling, deformation, facing, and turning, with tools that are applied to the workpiece to create an object with symmetry about that axis.

Universal Tool & Cutter Grinder Machine

A tool and cutter grinder is used to sharpen milling cutters and tool bits along with a host of other cutting tools. It is an extremely versatile machine used to perform a variety of grinding operations. The operation of this machine (in particular, the manually operated variety) requires a high level of skill. The two main skills needed are an understanding of the relationship between the grinding wheel and the metal being cut and knowledge of tool geometry. The huge variety in shapes and types of machining cutters requires flexibility in usage. The table moves longitudinally and laterally, the head can swivel as well as being adjustable in the horizontal plane, as visible in the first image. This flexibility in the head allows the critical clearance angles required by the various cutters to be achieved.
